and Palisades Pkwy, our tasting menu revealed exhilarative cooking techniques
that meld hearty country haute cuisine with French continental. Waiter
Johny Gurgen chose impressive wines for specialties like Crepes Madeleine,
Wild Mushroom Napoleon, Baby Rack of Lamb, Veal Cho Pesto, S Beurre
Blanc, Confit of Duck and Dover Sole Meuniere, representing Gaspard
and Chef Stephan Belier's creative genius, and typifying the menu. The
homemade desserts - Plum Tart, Edelweiss and Cherry Sorbet - completed
dinner for the erudite diner who dotes on the trendy and loves cuisine
with character and a polished French accent.
